By submitting an application, you affirm that the facts set forth in it are true and complete. You understand that if you are accepted as a recipient of a vehicle that any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by you on an application may result in immediate disqualification for Wheels of Love.

Disclaimer: Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. By taking possession of the vehicle, the recipient  releases Wheels of Love and it’s members from all liability and also recognize that Wheels of Love is not responsible for any repairs, maintenance or upkeep. The recipient will be required to sign a liability waiver form. We expect the recipient to work toward changing their life circumstances and become a positive influence to others, including but not limited to, paying an act of kindness forward. By accepting a gift of a vehicle, the recipient acknowledges that they will not sell the vehicle within 1 year of receiving the gift. The recipient agrees not to take out any title loans or lien against the vehicle within 1 year of receiving the gift.
